AVRON WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The standard warranty period for Avron products is 12 months (Dekton / Goodyear / Maxifix)
The standard warranty period for Avron Power Tool products is 3 years (Dekton only)
The warranty period begins from the date the product is purchased. This date must be documented on the original proof of purchase.
All products need to be registered separately.
Any faulty goods shall be repaired or replaced free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:
- general wear and tear
- accidental damage
- damage caused by misuse or mishandling
- damage caused by foreign substances
- repairs, alterations or modifications
- counterfeit or stolen products
These warranties and guarantees do not affect your statutory rights
RETURNS
Our Returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If you wish to return your product you will need to notify us within this timeframe to be eligible for an exchange or full refund.
Your item must be in a fully resale-able condition, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Avron retain the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any product that falls within the exclusions.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Products not deemed to be resale-able (this excludes faulty goods)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or if there is a rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within four weeks.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at [email protected]
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on where you live.
SALES ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
For return items purchased as a gift, once the returned item is received you will be notified by email and issued with a gift credit for the value of your return.
For return items purchased as a gift for a gift recipient with a different delivery address, once the returned item is received we will refund the original payment method and notify by email the primary contact details used at point of purchase.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note, upon returning an item shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost for return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.
